I am a Clinical Psychologist who has been working and studying in the field of mental health for over ten years. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), and Chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I have supported people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including low mood, stress and anxiety, phobias, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In my day job, I work for the NHS in a mental health hospital and conduct research at the University of Oxford.
